Refund & Return Policy – Nebula Garments

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nebulagarments.com and include photos of the issue.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or color, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
