Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Nebula Garments is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

United States

  • Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): Estimated 3–5 business days

  • Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): Estimated 2–3 business days

International (Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand)

  • Standard International Shipping (USPS First Class Package International): Estimated 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

Nebula Garments is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • International import procedures

  • High seasonal demand

  • Events outside of our control

Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays.


International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Nebula Garments is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Nebula Garments is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local postal office

  2. Contact the carrier directly

  3. Contact us at support@nebulagarments.com so we can assist


Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
